On October 4, the Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro are scheduled to be unveiled, but as of right now, we already know almost everything there is to know about Google’s top smartphones for 2023. On the other hand, the Google Pixel 8 will come in Peony Rose, Gray, and Obsidian at launch, with the latter color being the only one that will be recognized.
The Pixel 8 duo adopts a more rounded design and does away with the sharp corners of last year’s Pixel 7 family in addition to the new colors. The 8 Pro’s camera sensor design is also novel, with all cameras sitting behind a single piece of glass as opposed to two.
