Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has been certified by HDR Plus before its official release:

The iPhone 15 series was just introduced by Apple yesterday, and now the Galaxy S23 FE (Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Launch) is also getting ready to be unveiled soon by a giant company in South Korea. The official support pages and the fact that the device has been seen on numerous certifications provide more than enough proof that the device will be released in the very near future, despite the fact that there has been no official confirmation of this fact. Additionally, HDR Plus certification was awarded to the device, which validates the fact that the display is capable of HDR playback.
